Patrick Henry the was determined to become a lawyer and so even though he lacked any good learning sucess he still forged on his path to success in the career. He managed to start off with amazing potential, though he was told to be sure to study more if he wanted to continue with his potential. Patrick Henry continued his career while delivering huge speeches and making him a celebrity in Virginia for his well processed speeches against the King. He then managed to make his renound speech, "Give me Liberty or Give me Death," in 1775 which persuaded Virginia to help aid in the war against Britain. Although a major character to giving the colonies a stronger central government, he finally changed his mind around 1786. Afterwards of which he refuted the power of a strong central government. Another part of his life to add to the Government was to help ammend the Constitution with a Bill of Rights so that even though the Government had many rights and abilities, they were still able to give the people unchangeable rights. After the Bill of Rights was added to the constitution Patrick Henry was much more in favour of the Government.

State Representation:
Patrick Henry came from Virginia and although he was elected to be a delegate to attend the Constitutional Convention he declined with a stern face as he told to Madison that, "[He] smell[ed] a rat!" Patrick ran in multiple key positions including state governer and state legislator for Virginia. He also helped lead the opposition to the ratification of the constitution in Virginia, stating that it fringed upon breaking the liberties of the country.

Position:
Patrick, although not present at the actual Constitutional Convention, was an avid Anti-Federalist. He thought that before a Declaration was put in place, a strong union between the colonies as well as allies living in the same plane was needed. He may have changed his veiws due to the idea proposed by John Jay to surrender the Mississippi River to Spain for an extended period of time until such a point that it could be reclaimed under the countries own territory.
